Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

Hi loves! I wanted to share this little smoothie bowl recipe my friend made for me, it was so easy and yummy! It's a mix of frozen berries and you can literally add any toppings you want and make it to your liking. This is also a great way to eat your fruits :)

Ingredients
(One serving)

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of milk (we used Oat Milk)
  • Optional for topping: sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries, blackberries, coconut flakes, old fashioned oats, chia seeds, nuts, etc.

Method

  1. Blend the frozen berries and banana together (it will look a little gritty)
  2. Blend in the milk until smooth
  3. Pour the mixture in a bowl and add your desired toppings
