Cocoa Oat Morning Shake

Hello beautiful people!

I made this milkshake the other day and thought I’d share the recipe with you. It’s the perfect breakfast substitute for days when you’re on the run and don’t have time to eat a sit down breakfast or sip coffee.

Without further ado, here is what you’ll need and how to make it:

Ingredients
(Serves 2)

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of brewed coffee (I used Nespresso Cosi)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 cups of Oat Milk (like this one)

  • 6-8 ice cubes

  • Optional: 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (I use FitMiss Vanilla Chai)


Method

  • In a blender mix all ingredients together and blend on high for 3-4 minutes or until ice properly blended.


So easy and yummy! You get your caffeine, protein, potassium and fibers all in one delicious shake!
