Farm to Table - Thoughts on my first order from Lufa Farms
I was recently introduced to Lufa Farms and thought it would be a good idea to share my experience with you.
Lufa Farms is located in Montreal's very own Ahunstic neighborhood and they deliver baskets directly to your door. They deliver across the province of Quebec (Canada) with a few pick-up points in Ottawa. You can literally do your whole groceries with them! It's amazing the amount of stuff they have from fruits & veggies to cleaning supplies.
How it works:
- You create an account online on www.lufa.com
- Once you have added a credit card/shipping information, they will prepare a basket for you with 30$ worth of fresh produce
- You can modify your basket (add or remove items) once their Marketplace is open (they will notify you)
- They ship it straight to your door (5$) or to your desired pick-up point (free)
- Note: this is a subscription, so unless you call to cancel your account, they will ship a basket to you every week. You may also choose to opt-out or suspend one week in your account settings.
Here's what I ordered:
Final thoughts, everything arrived so fresh, I was really happy with the whole process. If you do choose the pick-up point delivery method, make sure you bring your own bags!
I'm already looking forward to my next order! Let me know if you would like to see more posts like this in the comments below.
XO,
Marie Cristina
