Beauty Challenge: Spend ONLY 50$ at Sephora

Ok, some of you may relate: shopping at Sephora can be very frustrating - you add 2-3 items to your cart and boom - 250$ later... And don't get me started on their travel size products near the cash, they get me (almost) everytime! Not this time around though!

I had a 50$ Sephora giftcard and decided to shop online, to avoid the usual overspending in stores. My goal was to find multiple useful products, so what better way to achieve that than trying one of their "Value Sets". I was hesitant between three of them: Saturday Skin  - No Bad Days Set 48$, the Summer Essentials set (42$, no longer available) and the Clean Beauty Set, also 42$ - I opted for this one as it had many skincare products I wanted to try!

The Clean Beauty Set comes in a lovely grey-ish pouch and contains travel sizes of the following products:

  • Biossance Squalane + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer

  • Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask

  • Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm

  • Herbivore Pink Cloud Rosewater Moisture Crème

  • Kopari Beauty Coconut Melt

  • Ren Skincare Evercalm Ultra Comforting Rescue Mask

  • Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser

  • Youth to the People Superfood Firm and Brighten Serum

I've only had the chance to try 5/8 products, but thus far, my favorites are the Biossance Gel Moisturizer (full size: 64$), the Tata Harper Cleanser (full size: 53-103$) and the YTP Serum (full size: 74$) - this combo is ahhhhhmazinggggg! I'm considering buying the full size of all three.

If you're looking to try new skincare - I highly recommend this set and it's a cheaper way to try super expensive skincare products!

TOTAL: 51$ (cause, tax.)

Let me know if you had the chance to shop the Sephora Beauty Insider Appreciation Event Sale last month and what products you got! I love love loveee trying new products.

Marie Cristina
